Dubhaus | Motion Graphics, Music

An original composition inspired by the Bauhaus and Berlin style ‘dub techno’ music. Music was composed in Ableton Live and visuals created in Adobe After Effects.

Moodboard

Drawing influences from the Bauhaus and Russian Avant Garde, I decided to combine these with the spartan looks that the vinyl records of Dub Techno music exhibited.

Idea Sketches

Once the music was completed, I approached this project from a more organic standpoint where I started sketching out idea in Illustrator while listening to the music.

Style Frames

From the Idea Sketches I moved onto style frames which more or less established the design I would pursue.
