I was originally onboarded to support the graphic designer in creating video and animation content. But my duties quickly expanded to include additional graphic design work, video advertisements, photography, videography, video editing, email, and social media management.
Video Advertisements
Video advertisements were a large and the most significant part of my work at Zuum. It included motion graphics work and video editing for large budget productions. Alfie, the Christmas Elf was a campaign run in 2021 to promote how the software eases the workload on users.

Social Media
Social media work primarily focused on promoting events that we both ran or took part in. Our primary audiences revolved around Instagram and LinkedIn.

HR Work
In addition to promotion on social media, I also worked on projects for the HR department, whether it was to announce us winning an award, circulating event videos internally, or celebrating our employees in one way or another.
UI Work
In addition to the general navigation of the app and website, I created flowcharts to demonstrate how a use would navigate the app. To the left is a video created for use in-app which shows users how to upload the POD (Proof-of-delivery).
